1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 95bet platform and all its users ("members"). 95bet is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform, operated on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 95bet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details, password, and account secure. You are accountable for any activity that takes place from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

95bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions through any other channel are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Transaction Accuracy

Please ensure that the mobile number or bank details provided at the time of deposit or withdrawal are correct. 95bet will not be held responsible if a transaction fails due to incorrect information.

3.4 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

You must use a payment account registered in your own name. If a transaction is made using someone else's account, those funds may be forfeited.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = after wagering ৳15,000, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Strategic betting to earn bonuses, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

95bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will have their own terms and conditions, which will be considered supplementary to these general terms.

5 Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95bet platform:

• Betting or gaming using any kind of software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or inflate account balances through fraudulent means.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's systems or security.
• Misconduct, harassment, or use of offensive language toward other members.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.

6 VIP Program

The 95bet VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Through regular activity, members can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers. 95bet reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

95bet believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Incomplete or incorrect identity verification information.

11.2 Member's Rights

Members may request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, however bonus balances will be forfeited.

12 Amendments to Terms & Dispute Resolution
